Aiki-Age is a basic practice of Daitoryu Aiki Bujutsu which teaches how to develop the internal muscles.
Sagawa Yukiyoshi Souhan had created this Aiki-Age and Yoshimaru Keisetsu Shihan inherited it. It allows to build a body and develop a force adapted to Bujutsu.
This practice performed correctly gives a very good basis on which we can master the three principles of movement.
